Bio

Growing up in a small town in the Midwest, I developed a deep appreciation for family, community, and the simple joys of life. My parents taught me the importance of hard work, kindness, and perseverance. My childhood was full of laughter and silliness, memorable neighbors, and countless games that revolved around the tree-house that my Dad built for me and my twin sister.

After graduating from a state university with a degree in early-childhood education, I moved to Chicago to pursue my passion for teaching. I love working with young children and helping them reach their full potential. My work is exhausting but joyful.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. My sister has two energetic little boys and I adore being an aunt to them. I’m a big fan of books, especially historical fiction and biographies. I also love spending time outdoors, walking near Lake Michigan and running through the city’s parks.

I’m looking for a partner who is kind, caring, and has a strong work ethic. I’m also hoping to find someone who shares my love of family and is excited to start a family of our own. I believe that a strong relationship is built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to building a fulfilling life together. I’m looking for someone who is supportive, understanding, and who shares my values and aspirations.

Narrative Religious Background and Practice

I was raised in a loving Catholic family and my faith is important to me. I would love to find someone who also values faith, or is at least open to supporting me in mine and raising children in the Catholic Church.

Cultural Background

I love my Midwestern roots and think that Midwesterners really are the nicest people on planet Earth. I try to participate in this collective kindness by staying cheerful even when things are hard, smiling at strangers, and paying it forward whenever I can. My parents are unfailingly generous and their door is always open. I’d like to create a home and family that carries on this tradition of warmth and care for others.
